This is a slightly tricky question to answer because of its extent. Before applying to a university abroad you need to research the pros and cons of studying in these countries. From my knowledge, I know of Canada, the U.S.A, and some European Countries that allow students to work while studying. I am currently studying in Malaysia, typically international students are not allowed to work during the semester. However, there are restrictions on the type o jobs you can do. You may refer to this link for information on work in Malaysia as an international student.
