It depends on the institution you are considering. Most universities have major and minor programs, where you can take two different areas of study at the same time but with major focus on your major. There are also some with dual degree programs, where you can take two majors at the same time. These days, universities have many programs that allow you to combine many disciplines. Just go through the website of your chosen institution to find out what they offer.
