This depends on the country you're applying to. If you are applying to a university that offers full financial aid then how much money is available in your account is not necessary. If you're funding the your studies it the available funds will vary depending on the study abroad destination. You may refer to your university finance office for it.

It is advised if you could show them at least one year of total expense money.
