In my opinion, yes it does. Studying abroad gives you the opportunity to meet, work and live in a community of diverse culture. Within this community you develop a sense of independence and intercultural communication, build diverse networks, improve your confidence and adapt into a robust work culture. These are some of the skills that can increase your qualifications back in your country. Not to mention that your workmates back in your country can learn the same skills as you.
