This is a great question. In general, it is very hard to raise money for tuition and other expenses through part-time jobs. In some countries such as the United States, international students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week during the school term. This means the amount of money you can make in those 20 hrs is not enough to cater for major expenses like tuition and accommodation. However, working as an international student can help you get money to handle small expenses such as your groceries, transport around the country, and such. But as a rule, you should have alternative sources of funding to pay for big expenses like tuition.
