Definitely. However, you first need to check with your school to confirm whether the studies you will pursue in another university will be recognized in your school. You don't want to spend time taking classes that will not award you any credits. Most international universities support and encourage exchange programs. For instance, while I was a student at Amherst College, I went for an exchange program at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland where I spent a whole semester. The courses I took there were transferable to my university in the US. Taking part in student exchange programs is a great experience that I would recommend to everyone.
