The first step you should begin with is to list down all the possible schools where you would want to apply. Visit the schools website and get information for applicants eligibility eg. language tests, standardized tests, education level, on the same website review the application document requirements and application deadlines. Once you know that you are eligible to study in the school. Check deadlines for application for your semester of enrollment. Gather all your documentation that you need for your application, eg. financial aid documents, bank statements, medical check-up results (if needed), identification documents, application fees and application fee waiver documents and reach out to lecturers and teachers who will submit your recommendation to the universities. Because your current interest is in the U.S.A you will need to create a CommonApp account to submit your applications to the schools and a CSS Profile account for your financial aid application. In the CommonApp you will proceed to add the schools you are interested in applying to. Fill in your college application and financial aid application by the required date. After this you will wait for announcements from the school through email on your admission status.
Remember that the two schools you have mentioned are quite competitive with under 10% admission rate so you need to craft your application carefully. Ask someone to read your personal essay to give their opinion and make the personal essay reflect your authenticity.
