Yes, you can still apply if you do not know yet what you want to study! For most U.S universities and colleges you are admitted as an "undeclared" or an "undecided" major and as far as it is within your first two years of university or college, it is accepted and you can change your mind without falling behind. While you are in college, you may discover topics or specialties you did not know existed. An undeclared major gives you the best opportunity to explore those options before you declare.
