As an international student, you cannot file the FAFSA since it's only for domestic students.
Can international students apply for aid through FAFSA?

Unfortunately, international students are not eligible for federal aid in the US. For financial aid, you have to use the CSS Profile or the International Student Financial Aid Application (ISFAA). The ISFAA is free but not all colleges accept it. You have to get the ISFAA form specifically from your college, and if they don't allow it, then you have to go though the CSS profile which you have to pay for. Some colleges provide fee waivers for the CSS profile though.

Most foreign citizens are not eligible for federal student aid from the U.S. Department of Education. There are, however, some instances in which noncitizens may be eligible for financial aid from the U.S. federal government. Visit StudentAid.gov/understand-aid/eligibility/requirements/non-us-citizens.

Unfortunately no. International students are eligible to use FAFSA to apply for any type of financial aid. The most common alternative is CSS profile for international and domestic students.
