Student can commence study program at any time in any year provided that:
(1) The entry requirements for the study program are met,
(2) An offer of admission is gotten,
(3) The required program funding is surely available or secured (by personal fund, scholarship, grants or loan), and
(4) The study visa required for entry to the country of study is available.
Programs can be started in any of the three Semesters of any session - spring, summer and Fall - (provided the school allows intakes for study commencement in any of such semesters).
