An international student must start his/her admission processing at least six months before the commencement of the study program. Moreover, in the light of the prevailing difficulty in getting visa appointment date (and the unavailability of timely date in most of the US Consulates in Africa countries), I will advise further that any student should start application nine (9) months before the desired program commencement date.
